Rev. John Mathew is currently serving as the Senior Pastor of the Grace Tabernacle Assembly of God in Thiells, New York. He is an ordained minister of the Assemblies of God, USA. Rev. John Mathew was born and brought up in a Roman Catholic family in Southern India. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior in 1989. In 1994, Rev. John Mathew received a divine calling to reach out other souls. His desire and passion ever since has been to serve the Lord and to bring as many souls into the kingdom of God as possible. In 1999, God opened up a way to establish Grace Tabernacle Assembly of God in Thiells, New York. God has been blessing the congregation and adding souls into His kingdom ever since. The church body consists of people from different cultural backgrounds and nationalities. As a church, Grace Tabernacle AG works together as a mission-agency to reach out people irrespective of age, gender, race, color or nationality. As a family, Rev. John Mathew, his wife Molly and son Jason, are serving and witnessing the Lord wherever they can. In addition to his pastoral responsibilities, Rev. John Mathew is professionally a licensed Social-Worker in the state of New York. His knowledge in the Word of God and his professional experience as a Social-Worker makes him an exceptional Pastor and an outstanding community leader.
